Magnetic drill

The 8840 magnetic base drill is an industrial-grade portable drilling device characterized by its strong magnetic base: it can be securely attached to steel structures (without the need for additional clamping), making it suitable for flexible operation in on-site and high-altitude working environments.  Equipped with a high-power motor and a feed handle, it supports drilling operations of various sizes in metal, combining portability and drilling efficiency.  It also integrates safety controls such as a start/emergency stop switch, making it a practical drilling tool for steel structure processing, equipment maintenance, and other applications.

It includes a green start button (to control device operation) and a red emergency stop button (to immediately cut off power and ensure operational safety). Some models also have indicator lights.
Typically labeled "START" and "STOP," this is the key operating area for starting, stopping, and emergency control of the magnetic drill, directly related to the equipment's operation and safety protection.

Operating Controls: This section includes a handle (for easy gripping and movement of the device) and adjustment knobs (for controlling parameters such as drilling speed and feed rate), and is the area for controlling the machining parameters of the magnetic base drill;
Power Unit: The orange casing encloses the motor assembly (providing drilling power), and is equipped with a cooling structure (top grille) to ensure stable operation during prolonged use;
Connecting Components: The side interface is used to connect auxiliary devices such as external cooling systems, improving drilling efficiency and tool life.

It consists of a multi-directional handle, which, through manual manipulation of the handle's downward pressure and adjustment, allows for precise control of the drill bit's feed depth and speed into the workpiece.  This adapts to the drilling needs of different materials (such as steel and aluminum) and is one of the key operating structures for achieving stable and precise drilling operations.
