The magnetic drill
The magnetic drillis a portable tool that uses an electromagnetic suction cup at the bottom to absorb on the surface of magnetic materials such as steel. It is widely used in steel structure processing, bridge construction, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and other fields. Its working principle is to generate a strong magnetic force to fix the equipment by energizing the electromagnetic suction cup. After the power is off, the magnetic force disappears so that it can be moved, which solves the problem that traditional drilling equipment is difficult to fix on large and heavy workpieces. The magnetic drill is usually composed of an electromagnetic suction cup base, a power machine head, a feed mechanism and a drill/tool system. It can not only drill holes efficiently, but also realize tapping, reaming and other functions by replacing the tool. It has the characteristics of strong portability, stable fixation, and flexible application scenarios. It is especially suitable for on-site processing of large workpieces or inconvenient to move.
