Overview

TCK 52DY turning and milling center

The machine tool of this series adopts a whole bed with a 30° bevel angle, and the material of the bed is HT300. Using resin sand casting process, the internal rib layout is reasonable. The guide rail adopts imported linear roller guide rail, which has improved feed accuracy, low friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and deformation, which can enable users to obtain higher processing accuracy and increase fast moving speed, and obtain higher production efficiency.

 

The bed saddle moves along the bed in the Z-axis direction, and the slide plate drives the tool post to move in the X-axis direction. And with Y axis. Both are connected with the ball screw through a servo motor through a coupling. The screw adopts imported high-precision ball screw with high precision and accurate transmission.

 

The chuck of this machine tool is a standard configuration, which can meet the machining needs of most users. Products from other manufacturers can also be configured according to user needs.

 

The saddle of this machine tool is made of HT300 integral casting, and the slide plate and tool rest are placed on the saddle. The sliding board and the tool rest move on the saddle using imported roller guides. The movement in the X-axis direction is driven by a servo motor directly connected to the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The screw uses imported high-precision ball screw with high precision.
