Band Saw Machine

This machine tool is used to cut large steel billets, and can also cut various ferrous or non-ferrous metal materials after selecting appropriate process parameters.

Band saws have the advantages of high cutting efficiency and low material loss, and can efficiently cut various metal and non-metallic materials. Their characteristics are that the saw blades are highly adaptable and can achieve cutting of curved and large-sized workpieces. They are also easy to operate and run stably, providing a flexible and reliable solution for cutting processing.

Saw frame adjustment and lighting

Equipped with a clearly graduated adjustment ruler, the saw frame position can be precisely adjusted to suit the cutting needs of workpieces of different sizes. At the same time, flexible tube lighting fixtures are installed to provide sufficient light during the cutting process, ensuring that the operator can clearly observe the cutting status, thereby improving cutting accuracy and operational safety.

Main drive motor

It uses a dedicated three-phase asynchronous motor with strong power output and stable operation, which can efficiently drive the saw blade to achieve continuous cutting; the motor's heat dissipation structure is reasonably designed (the heat dissipation ribs are densely arranged), which can operate at full load for a long time, ensuring the cutting efficiency and equipment life of the band saw machine.

Operation control area

It integrates function buttons such as start and stop, saw frame lifting and lowering, feed adjustment, and a speed control knob, with an intuitive and centralized operation layout; it is equipped with a striking emergency stop button (red "STOP"), which can quickly cut off the power in an emergency to ensure safe operation; through the combination of knobs and buttons, the saw blade's cutting speed and feed action can be precisely controlled to meet the cutting needs of workpieces of different materials and sizes.

Guiding Device is Formed once by machining center

The rigid connection structure between the columns and the machine bed enhances the overall load-bearing capacity of the machine, allowing it to stably handle cutting operations of large-diameter and heavy materials, avoiding the deformation problems associated with single-column designs;
The dual-column guidance system offers higher precision, and its synchronized operation with the guide rails ensures a more accurate movement trajectory of the sawing components, maintaining stable processing accuracy even after long-term use.

The guide device, manufactured in a single process on a machining center, ensures that the geometric tolerances of all mating surfaces (such as parallelism and perpendicularity) are controlled within a very small range, avoiding the cumulative errors caused by traditional multi-step processing;
The integrated structure reduces assembly gaps, resulting in more stable guiding accuracy during saw blade operation, effectively reducing saw blade deflection and wear, and improving the smoothness of the sawed surface.
