Magnetic Adjustment Knob / Magnetic Switch (Left Black Knob)
Used to control the on/off state of the magnetic base or adjust the magnetic strength, ensuring the machine firmly adheres to the steel plate during operation, guaranteeing drilling stability and safety.

Magnetic Indicator Light (Middle Red Round Button)
Indicates the working status of the magnetic base: A lit light indicates the magnetic base is powered on and engaged, and the machine is ready to operate; an off light indicates the magnetic base is not in operation.

Main Power Switch (Right Red Rocker Switch)
Controls the power supply to the entire machine. "I" for power on, "O" for power off. This is the core operation button for starting and stopping the machine, and it usually features a waterproof and dustproof design, suitable for industrial environments.

Generates a strong magnetic force upon power-up, firmly attaching the entire machine to the surface of ferromagnetic workpieces such as steel plates and structural steel, preventing displacement or tipping during drilling and ensuring operational accuracy and safety.

Structural Features:

Dual Magnetic Block Design: Two independent metal magnetic modules are distributed at the bottom, expanding the adsorption area and improving adsorption stability, suitable for workpieces of varying widths.

Metal Shell: Made of wear-resistant and rust-proof metal material, protecting the internal electromagnetic coils while directly transmitting magnetic force, and adapting to the rough environment of industrial sites.

Connecting Bracket: The upper black bracket connects the magnetic base to the main body, transmitting drilling reaction force and ensuring the structural strength of both the magnetic base and the machine body.

Core Functions

Power Transmission: Receives torque from the upper power head and stably transmits power to the drill chuck and cutting tool below for drilling operations.

Feed Control: Manually controls the vertical feed speed and depth of the drill bit via the handwheel on the right (with yellow scale markings), achieving precise drilling with stroke limits.

Stroke Adjustment: The adjustment knob on the left can limit the maximum feed stroke, preventing over-drilling or workpiece damage while ensuring operational safety.

Structural Features
The housing is made of high-strength casting, offering high rigidity and impact resistance, capable of withstanding axial forces and torques during drilling, ensuring stability during long-term industrial operation.

An integrated gear/screw drive mechanism converts the rotary motion of the handwheel into linear feed of the drill bit, resulting in smooth operation and high precision.

The top interface is typically used for connecting a cooling system, allowing coolant to flow during drilling, reducing tool temperature, extending tool life, and improving drilling quality.
