The X8126 universal tool milling machine is a compact and powerful metalworking machine designed for tool manufacturing, mold processing, mechanical repair, and small to medium-batch parts production. This machine integrates multiple functions such as vertical milling, horizontal milling, drilling, and boring, offering exceptional process adaptability and operational flexibility. It is an invaluable asset for workshops, enabling the one-time clamping and multi-sided machining of complex workpieces.

It is the control center of the milling machine's feed system, primarily used to adjust the feed speed and direction of the worktable to meet the needs of different milling operations.
The upper and lower dials and handles: These are the feed speed adjustment devices. Different scales correspond to different gear meshing combinations, allowing for multi-stage feed speed switching.
Operation logic: When changing speed, first pull the handle outwards, rotate the dial to align the desired feed speed value with the pointer, and then push the handle back to complete the speed change, thereby changing the transmission ratio of the gears inside the feed box.

Workpiece clamping: The T-slots on the table are used to secure the workpiece using clamps such as bolts, clamping plates, or vises, ensuring stability during machining.
Multi-directional feeding: It allows for manual or motorized feeding in longitudinal (along the length of the worktable), transverse (along the slide direction), and vertical (along the lifting table direction) directions, meeting the positioning adjustment needs for complex milling operations.

Vertical-Horizontal Conversion and Angle Adjustment: It can switch between vertical and horizontal positions and also allows for ±45° angle adjustment, enabling the milling cutter to process workpieces at different angles, meeting the needs of complex processes such as bevels and grooves.
Power Transmission: Internally, it connects to the milling cutter through a tapered bore, receiving power from the spindle and driving the milling cutter to rotate, serving as the direct output end of the cutting force.
High-Precision Positioning: Equipped with a graduated dial and locking mechanism, it can precisely fix the milling head angle, ensuring processing accuracy.
