Product Introduction:

The B5032 is a high-precision vertical slotting machine widely used in metal processing industries, designed for machining keyways, grooves, splines, and special-shaped surfaces on various metal workpieces such as steel plates, gears, and mold parts. It integrates stable structure, efficient operation, and easy control, making it an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing, mold processing, and automotive parts production.

Precision Worktable:

The worktable supports rotary adjustment (0–360°) and longitudinal/transverse feed movement, enabling multi-angle machining of workpieces without secondary clamping. The clamping device has strong holding force to fix workpieces of different sizes firmly.

Rigid Machine Body:

The bed and column adopt integral casting technology, with aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. This ensures strong stability during high-load cutting, reduces vibration, and guarantees machining accuracy.

Hydraulic/Electromechanical Drive:

SystemMost B5032 models are equipped with a hydraulic drive system, which realizes stepless adjustment of the ram stroke speed and stable feed. The stroke length is adjustable within the range of 0–200mm, adapting to different machining needs.
