HMC Series cnc horizontal machining center is the ideal machining center for producing box-type and irregular work pieces for automobile, shipbuilding, engine and general manufacturing industries.The machine is a high-performance, high-reliability and high-precision product characterized by compact configuration and rapid response rates.
Horizontal machining center has high spindle speed, strong rigidity, large torque. Spindle is equipped with cooling circulation system, double table automatically rotates and exchanges, reducing the auxiliary time and improving the efficiency.This series of machine tools has perfect performance and stable precision. It is suitable for processing various of box parts, two dimensional and three-dimensional surfaces. It is a key equipment for machining box-type parts in machinery, automobiles, ships, textile machinery, printing machinery, agricultural machinery and other industries.

Program processing: Reads and parses G-code and M-code, converting them into signals executable by the machine tool;
Motion control: Controls spindle speed, feed axis movement accuracy, and rotary table indexing angle to ensure machining dimensions and surface quality;
Status monitoring: Displays machine coordinates, tool information, and alarms in real time, facilitating operator intervention;
Auxiliary functions: Supports tool compensation, workpiece coordinate system setting, and machining simulation to improve processing efficiency and safety.

Structure and Capacity: It utilizes a chain-driven tool magazine array, typically holding 40 to 60 tools or even more, capable of storing various types of tools such as milling cutters, drills, and boring tools;
Working Logic: A servo motor drives the chain to rotate, transporting the target tool to the tool change position.  A tool change manipulator (usually cam-type/double-arm type) then transfers the tool from the tool magazine to the spindle, enabling "one-button tool change";
Function: It allows the HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) to automatically switch between different tools after a single workpiece clamping, completing multiple processes such as milling, drilling, and boring, significantly improving processing efficiency and automation.

Workpiece clamping: The top metal platform (with T-slots) is used to secure the workpiece using fixtures (such as vises and clamps);
Rotary function: The bottom CNC rotary table can automatically rotate according to the program (usually indexing or continuous rotation), allowing the workpiece to be machined on multiple sides/angles after a single clamping (for example, machining multiple holes and surfaces on box-shaped parts);
Adaptation to horizontal structure: Because the spindle of the HMC is in the horizontal direction, the rotary worktable can cooperate with the spindle to achieve "single clamping, multi-process/multi-surface machining," making it one of the key components for efficient machining on HMCs.
