Z3050 radial drilling machine

The Z3050 radial drilling machine is a general-purpose drilling equipment with stable performance and a wide range of applications.  Thanks to its flexible radial arm structure and reliable clamping system, it can meet the processing needs of various complex working conditions. It can perform multiple machining operations such as drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, and counterboring. The radial arm can rotate around the column and move up and down along the column, and the spindle head can also move horizontally along the radial arm. This design allows it to easily cover a large processing range, making it particularly suitable for hole machining of medium and large workpieces.
In practical production, it combines processing accuracy with ease of operation, making it an indispensable core equipment in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, mold processing, and equipment maintenance.

Clamping/Unclamping Control: The hydraulic system is controlled via knobs and buttons to clamp or unclamp the outer and inner columns.  Individual column or spindle head clamping can also be selected.
Safety Protection: A red emergency stop button cuts off power to the equipment in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
Status Indication: Clear warning labels and button layout provide intuitive feedback on the clamping status of the columns, ensuring safe operation.

Swinging Arm Height Adjustment: By rotating the black handwheel, the swinging arm can be driven to move up and down along the column via a mechanical transmission structure, thus adjusting the machining height of the spindle to accommodate workpieces of different heights.
Spindle Head and Swinging Arm Clamping/Unclamping: The control buttons and handles on the side control the hydraulic or mechanical mechanism to clamp/unclamp the spindle head on the swinging arm, and the swinging arm on the column, ensuring stability during machining and allowing for flexible movement during position adjustment.
Auxiliary Control and Emergency Stop: The integrated emergency stop button and status indicator light allow for quick power cutoff in emergency situations and provide intuitive feedback on the clamping status of the mechanism.

Workpiece Height Adjustment and Support: By stacking shims of different thicknesses, irregularly shaped or undersized workpieces can be adjusted to a level and consistent height, ensuring the accuracy of drilling positions.
Adaptation to Machining Height: When the workpiece height is less than the effective stroke of the drilling machine spindle, shims can be used to raise the workpiece, allowing the spindle to easily contact the machining surface and complete drilling, reaming, and other processes.
Stability Assurance: The flat metal contact surface increases the contact area between the workpiece and the worktable, dispersing vibrations and cutting forces during machining, preventing workpiece displacement or deformation.
