CK6140, CK6150, and CK6150B all belong to the CK61 series of economical flat-bed CNC lathes. This series of machine tools adopts the classic horizontal flat-bed layout and is equipped with a CNC system, enabling efficient and automated machining of shaft and disc/sleeve parts. They serve as the main entry-level models for fields such as general machinery manufacturing, maintenance workshops, small-to-medium batch production, and educational training, with core selling points of high cost-effectiveness, strong rigidity, and ease of operation and maintenance.

Spindle System:

Featuring a high-rigidity through-hole spindle driven by an AC spindle motor (5.5 kW ), the spindle supports two-step manual speed change or optional stepless variable speed. It is equipped with precision bearings to ensure stable rotation and strong cutting capability.

CNC System:

These machines are compatible with mainstream CNC systems, including domestic options such as GSK and KND, or imported systems like FANUC and Mitsubishi. The systems support functions such as linear/circular interpolation, thread cutting, and fixed cycles,offering user-friendly operation and stable performance.

Turret System:

The CK61 series (CK6140/CK6150/CK6150B) is equipped with a 4-station electric turret as standard, providing quick and reliable tool changes. An optional 6/8-station turret or power tool turret is available for more complex machining tasks.

Feed System:

The X/Z axes are driven by AC servo motors coupled with high-precision pre-ensioned ball screws . This configuration delivers fast rapid traverse speeds and precise positioning, suitable for both heavy-duty and finishing operations.

Guideways:

The guideways typically employ rectangular hardened sliding rails, with upgraded models optionally featuring linear rolling guides (linear rails) to enhance movement speed and accuracy retention. The Z-axis guideway is
positioned on the front face of the bed, while the X-axis guideway is mounted on the large saddle. The rail surfaces undergo super-frequency quenching and precision grinding, delivering excellent wear resistance and guidance accuracy. Additionally, a centralized automatic lubrication system is equipped to supply oil regularly and quantitatively to all guideway surfaces and screw bearings, ensuring smooth motion and extending service life.
