The GH4235 is a high-rigidity, high-precision double-column horizontal metal band saw machine, designed for small, medium, and large-volume metal material cutting. Hydraulic Clamping Worktable:

Power Motor System:

The vise-type hydraulic clamping design provides strong and even clamping force, suitable for workpieces of different shapes such as square, round, and profiled materials. The worktable has T-slots, supporting batch workpiece positioning and sawing, allowing for quick clamping and reducing auxiliary time.

Equipped with a 2.2kW main motor to provide sawing power, supporting multi-speed switching of 27/45/69 m/min; a 0.55kW hydraulic motor drives the saw frame lifting and workpiece clamping; a 0.04kW cooling pump motor provides cooling during sawing. Multiple motors work together for high efficiency and energy saving.
