CMC500F
The CMC500F is a high-performance vertical CNC machining center that integrates high-precision design and intelligent machining technology. Equipped with a FANUC control system and a high-speed spindle system, it supports multi-axis linkage and complex surface machining, making it suitable for precision parts manufacturing in fields such as mold making, automotive, and aerospace. The machine features a modular tool magazine design for excellent tool changing efficiency, combined with a rigid, reinforced machine body structure to ensure stability during long-term continuous machining. It also offers complete factory inspection support and customized configuration options, helping companies achieve efficient, flexible, and intelligent production upgrades.

Its function is to automatically collect and convey metal scraps such as iron filings, aluminum filings, and stainless steel filings generated during machining, preventing chips from accumulating in the machine tool's working area, thereby: Protecting machine tool precision (preventing chip wear on guide rails and cutting tools); Improving machining efficiency (replacing manual cleaning and reducing downtime); Ensuring workpiece quality (preventing chips from scratching machined surfaces); Assisting coolant circulation (some chip conveyors can separate chips from coolant, enabling coolant recovery).
The core of five-axis machining is "complex trajectory control of multi-axis linkage", and this operation panel is the human-machine interface for realizing this control: it allows operators to efficiently input complex five-axis programs, monitor the multi-axis motion status in real time, and accurately adjust machining parameters.
