The HMC800 and HMC1000 are heavy-duty horizontal machining centers engineered for batch production of complex parts requiring multi-face, deep-cavity, and high-precision machining. Built with high-rigidity cast iron frames, roller linear guides, and forced-cooled spindles, they deliver stable accuracy and efficient material removal across automotive, aerospace, energy, and general engineering industries.
HMC800: Ideal for medium-size workpieces—gearboxes, valve bodies, pump housings, and mold cores requiring high precision and moderate throughput. 
HMC1000: Suited for larger, heavier components—engine blocks, turbine casings,structural frames, and heavy-duty industrial parts needing higher load capacity and deeper Z-axis travel.

Spindle System:

The spindle system adopts a modular design with forced water cooling + air curtain sealing structure, which effectively reduces
thermal deformation and prevents cutting fluid intrusion. The specific structural parameters of the two models are as follows:

HMC800: Balances high speed and heavy load, suitable for medium-sized parts precision machining. 
HMC1000: Reinforced bearing and gearbox design, stronger torque output, suitable for large heavy-duty parts cutting.

Tool Magazine & Tool Change System:

The tool magazine adopts a cam-driven robotic arm structure, with double protection design for dust and chip prevention. The structural differences are as follows:

HMC800: Fast tool change speed, suitable for medium-complexity parts multi-process machining. 
HMC1000: Larger tool capacity,stronger tool bearing capacity, suitable for large complex parts multi-process machining.

Worktable System:

The worktable is made of high-rigidity cast iron, with double aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. It supports B-axis indexing and pallet exchange, and the structural differences are as follows:

HMC800: High indexing precision, suitable for medium-sized box parts multi-face machining.

HMC1000: Larger table size and stronger clamping force, suitable for large heavy-duty parts continuous machining.

CNC System:
