CK6150B

The CK6150B is a practical CNC lathe suitable for multiple scenarios, specially designed for the machining of shaft and disc parts. It is equipped with a self-centering chuck, an automatic tool changing turret and a stable servo drive, enabling multi-process automated continuous machining. With a complete cooling and lubrication system, it can ensure machining accuracy and long-term stable operation of the equipment. It is used to input/edit lathe machining programs, set machining parameters and monitor machining status, serving as the core human-machine interaction interface.
It displays machining data, program codes and other information; the key area includes numeric keys and function keys for program writing and parameter adjustment; the physical button area is equipped with buttons such as start, pause and emergency stop (large red button) to realize the control of the machining process and emergency shutdown, ensuring operational safety.

It is used to mount multiple turning tools (such as external turning tools, internal boring tools, thread tools, etc.). Cooperating with the CNC system, it can switch tools automatically to realize continuous multi-process machining, and it is a key device for improving the machining efficiency of the lathe. The blue coiled tube in the figure is the cooling pipeline, which sprays cutting fluid to assist in cooling and chip removal during machining.

 It is used to quickly clamp regular workpieces such as cylindrical and disc-shaped ones. Through the synchronous movement (self-centering) of its three jaws, it achieves coaxial positioning and fastening of the workpiece, serving as a key device for securing workpieces in turning operations. As a core component for workpiece clamping on CNC lathes, it directly affects the stability of the workpiece and machining accuracy during processing, and is a fundamental guarantee device for turning operations.
