Slant Bed CNC Lathe

The TCK700DY CNC slant-bed lathe is a heavy-duty CNC machine tool designed for modern high-precision and high-efficiency machining requirements. This machine features a high-rigidity slant-bed structure design, combined with a high-precision guide rail system, ensuring excellent dynamic stability and superior chip removal performance during the machining process. Equipped with a high-performance spindle system and a multi-position servo hydraulic tool turret, it supports efficient turning and complex machining, and is particularly suitable for machining long shafts, disc-shaped parts, and parts with complex structural features.

The machine has a rational layout, is easy to operate and maintain, and boasts strong system compatibility. Core Function: It clamps regular workpieces (such as circular or hexagonal ones) of different diameters by the synchronous (or individual) movement of its three jaws. This achieves centering and clamping of the workpiece, ensuring the coaxiality between the workpiece and the lathe spindle during machining. It is a fundamental component for the lathe to perform rotational cutting operations (e.g., turning outer circles, facing).
Structural Features: The three-jaw chuck is usually self-centering, enabling high clamping efficiency. Its jaws are replaceable (soft jaws/hard jaws), which allows adaptation to the clamping requirements of workpieces with different materials and shapes.

Core Function: The live center on the tailstock can be pressed tightly against the center hole on the end face of the workpiece. Cooperating with the spindle chuck, it realizes two-end support for long shaft workpieces, prevents vibration and deformation of the workpiece during rotary cutting, and ensures machining accuracy. Some tailstocks can also be equipped with drilling tools to perform drilling operations on the end face of the workpiece.
Operational Features: The forward and backward movement of the tailstock (towards/away from the workpiece) can be controlled via a handle, and the tailstock position can be locked. The center is usually retractable to adapt to workpieces of different lengths.

Machine Bed: As the basic supporting structure of the entire machine, the slant bed design utilizes gravity to assist in chip removal while enhancing the rigidity and stability of the machine tool. It serves as the mounting reference for other components (such as the spindle, turret, and tailstock).
Turret: It is a tool storage and switching device that can hold multiple tools with different functions (e.g., turning tools, drill bits). Through the CNC system, it automatically switches tools to enable continuous multi-process machining (such as outer circle turning, boring, and tapping).
Protective Structure: The protective cover surrounding the machining area is used to isolate chips and cutting fluid, ensuring operational safety and keeping the machine tool clean.
