As classic universal milling solutions, they integrate vertical and horizontal machining capabilities, supporting a full range of processes including plane milling, groove cutting, gear shaping,drilling, boring and tapping. All models feature rigid HT250 cast iron bodies, ±45° swivel worktables for inclined surface processing, and precision spindle systems ensuring stable operation. With scalable specifications (worktable size, power, load capacity) to match small, medium and large workpieces, the X63 series is ideal for mold making, auto parts manufacturing,non-standard component fabrication, general machinery processing and vocational training, serving as cost-effective core equipment for workshops of all sizes.

Efficient Power & Feed System, Balancing Speed and Precision:

The X63 series is equipped with a matched power system, with main motor power ranging from 4kW to 7.5kW, providing abundant cutting force to easily handle the processing of common metal materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The feed system supports three flexible modes:

manual,mechanical and rapid traverse. The rapid traverse speed of the X-axis reaches 1800-2300mm/min, which greatly shortens non-processing time and improves overall production efficiency. The spindle speed is adjustable in multiple gears (12-18 levels), with a speed range of 30-1800rpm, allowing operators to optimize parameters according to different materials and processing processes to achieve the best cutting effect and surface quality.

High-Rigidity Structure, Stable Precision for Long-Term Use:

Key castings of the X63 series, including the bed, column, worktable and spindle box, are made of high-strength HT250 cast iron.Each casting undergoes strict artificial aging treatment to completely eliminate internal stress, effectively preventing deformation caused by temperature changes and heavy cutting during long-term operation, thus ensuring consistent machining accuracy. The X/Y/Z three-axis guide rails adopt advanced induction hardening, precision grinding and manual scraping processes,with a surface hardness reaching HRC 52-55. Equipped with an automatic forced lubrication system, the guide rails maintain lowwear and long-term precision stability, significantly extending the service life of the machine.

The electrical control cabinet of the X63 series adopts IP54 protection level, which has excellent dustproof and oil-proof performance, adapting to the harsh working environment of industrial workshops. The operation panel is designed in accordance with ergonomic principles, with clear button markings and intuitive parameter display, making parameter adjustment and mode switching simple and convenient, reducing the learning cost of operators. All models are equipped with a large-flow cooling system with adjustable nozzle flow, which can accurately cool the tool and workpiece during processing, avoiding thermal deformation and effectively extending the service life of the tool.
