Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) is a core equipment in modern precision manufacturing, specifically designed for the efficient machining of medium-to-large, complex box-type and multi-sided components. Power Output: An integrated motor drives the main spindle at high speed, enabling the cutting tool to perform milling, drilling, boring, and other machining operations on the workpiece;
Tool Clamping: The tool holder interface at the front is used for precise clamping of different types of tools, and works with the tool magazine for automatic tool changing;
Precision Assurance: The radial/axial runout accuracy of the main spindle directly determines the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the machined part, and typically utilizes high-precision bearings and dynamic balancing design;
Adaptability to Horizontal Structure: The horizontally arranged spindle can be used with a rotary worktable to achieve efficient multi-sided machining of the workpiece.

Tool Storage:  Multiple tool holders (black cylinders in the diagram) are mounted on a chain structure, allowing for the storage of dozens of different types of tools (such as milling cutters and drill bits);
Automatic Scheduling: A motor drives the chain to rotate, transporting the target tool to the tool change position, and a tool-changing robot completes the tool transfer from the tool magazine to the spindle;
Adapted for High-Efficiency Machining: The large-capacity design allows the HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) to automatically switch tools to complete multiple processes after a single workpiece clamping, significantly improving machining efficiency;
Structural Features: The chain layout saves space, and the tool holders have a locking mechanism to securely fix the tool shank.
