GH4235 Double-Column Horizontal Metal Bandsaw Introduction

The GH4235 is a double-column horizontal bandsaw specifically designed for cutting metal materials.  It combines high precision, high stability, and ease of use, making it an ideal cutting machine for small and medium-sized workshops, mold manufacturing, and hardware processing industries.
It features a double-column gantry frame structure, providing rigid guidance for the saw frame's lifting and lowering, effectively reducing vibration during cutting and ensuring a smooth and highly accurate cut. Its maximum cutting capacity reaches 350mm × 350mm, meeting the cutting needs of most small and medium-sized metal profiles and bars.
The equipment is equipped with a high-performance main drive motor and uses bimetal saw blades for efficient cutting. It also supports adjustment of saw blade speed and saw frame feed rate, making it suitable for workpieces of different materials such as steel and aluminum.
In terms of operation, it integrates a hydraulic clamping and lifting system.  All process controls, including workpiece clamping, saw frame feeding, and emergency stop, can be completed through the control panel on the left side, improving efficiency and ensuring operational safety. The overall design prioritizes durability and maintainability. The enclosed motor and dustproof structure allow it to adapt to complex workshop conditions and extend the equipment's service life.

Emergency Stop Button (Red Mushroom-shaped Button): This is the highest-priority safety button.  Pressing it in an emergency will immediately cut off power to the equipment, stopping the entire machine and preventing the accident from escalating.
Function Buttons (Green Circular Buttons): These buttons correspond to different actions of the band saw machine, such as saw blade start, saw frame lifting/lowering, workpiece clamping/unclamping, manual/automatic mode switching, etc. The function labels on these buttons may vary slightly between different manufacturers.
Adjustment Knob (Knob with scale on the right): This is generally used to adjust the saw frame's lowering speed or the saw blade's running speed to suit the cutting requirements of workpieces of different materials and thicknesses.
Mode Switching Switch (Gray knob on the left): This is usually used to switch the operating mode of the equipment, such as switching between manual debugging and automatic cutting modes.

Providing the power source, it drives the saw blade at high speed through a transmission mechanism (such as belts or gears), serving as the power source for the cutting action of the band saw machine. It can also provide power for auxiliary mechanisms such as saw frame lifting and workpiece clamping.
Adaptable to different working conditions, it is usually equipped with motors of different power ratings to match the band saw machine model and cutting capacity. Saw Blade Tensioning and Guiding Mechanism

Saw Frame Lifting and Feeding System
The entire saw frame can be lifted and lowered hydraulically or manually, enabling vertical feeding of the workpiece and continuous cutting in conjunction with the worktable.

The scale above is used for precise positioning of the saw frame's horizontal position, ensuring accurate cutting dimensions and suitability for repetitive positioning during mass production.

The handwheel for adjusting the workbench/saw frame position uses a screw drive mechanism to move the workbench or saw frame horizontally or vertically. This is primarily used for precisely adjusting the relative position of the saw blade and the workpiece to accommodate different workpiece sizes and cutting requirements.
Manual feed control: On some semi-automatic or manual band saw machines, this handwheel can control the lowering speed and feed rate of the saw frame. This allows for finer control of the cutting process when cutting special materials or thin workpieces.
Auxiliary positioning function: Before batch cutting, the handwheel can be used to precisely position the workbench to a preset size, ensuring consistency in each cut.

The Direct Carrier of the Cutting Function
It is a continuous band saw blade that cuts workpieces using its teeth through high-speed cyclical operation. It is the direct "cutting tool" for materials such as metal and wood.
Strong Parameter Adaptability
The parameters marked on the saw blade in the image, such as M42 and 34-1.1*3/4-Pt, represent specifications such as material, length, thickness, and tooth pitch.
Saw blades with different parameters can be adapted to workpieces of different materials (such as metal and wood) and thicknesses, ensuring cutting efficiency and quality.
High Wear Resistance and High Toughness
These saw blades are usually made of high-speed steel (such as M42) or bimetallic materials, combining high-hardness teeth with a high-toughness saw blade base, enabling them to withstand the impact and wear during high-speed cutting.

Double-Column Frame Structure
The columns on both sides provide stable lifting and guiding for the saw frame, ensuring that the saw frame remains vertical during the cutting process, improving cutting accuracy and equipment stability. This structure is suitable for cutting heavier metal workpieces.
Saw Frame Assembly
