The VMC855 is a high-rigidity, high-precision, and high-efficiency 3-axis vertical machining center that integrates multiple processes such as milling, boring, drilling, and tapping. It is suitable for medium and small-batch complex parts processing and widely applied in automotive partsmanufacturing, mold making, aerospace, general machinery, and other fields. As an ideal equipment to improve production efficiency and processing accuracy, it has become the first choice for many manufacturing enterprises.

Tool Magazine System:

24-position disc-type robotic tool magazine (BT40 tool holder) with random tool change, T-T tool change time is about 2.2 seconds;16/20/30-position disc-type tool magazine or umbrella-type tool magazine are available as options.The tool change mechanism consists of a robotic arm, cam indexer and pneumatic tool striking cylinder. The tool change path is optimized; the maximum tool diameter can reach Φ120mm when there is no adjacent tool, and the maximum weight of a single tool is 8kg.

Spindle:

The spindle box adopts a heavy-duty box structure, integrally cast with HT250 cast iron and reinforced with internal grid ribs.The X/Y/Z axes adopt roller linear guides and precision ball screws, and the Z-axis is fully supported by 6 sliders, achieving excellent rigidity and stability.

Worktable System:

Size 1000×550mm, worktable load capacity 600kg, X/Y/Z travel 800×550×550mm, suitable for large workpiece and multi-station
processing.The worktable base adopts a box-type symmetrical rib structure, with resin sand molding and aging treatment for shock absorption and anti-deformation. The X-axis is fully supported by double guide rails, and the Y-axis slide is widened and lengthened for heavy-load design.

CNC System:

The system unit includes a CPU module, servo drive module, I/O module and 10.4-15 inch color LCD, supporting RS232/USB/Ethernet data transmission. Servo motor direct drive/belt drive is standard, with closed-loop control for X/Y/Z axes, supporting backlash compensation, pitch error compensation and thermal deformation compensation.
