The CMC650B is a high-performance five-axis machining center, employing an electric spindle drive and the Siemens ONE CNC system. It boasts advantages such as high rigidity, high precision, and high dynamic response, and is widely used in the precision machining of complex curved surface parts in industries such as aerospace, automotive, mold making, and medical.

High-Power Electric Spindle: HSK-A63 tapered bore electric spindle, maximum speed 20000r/min, rated torque 30.7Nm, spindle motor power 20/30kW, suitable for both heavy cutting and high-speed finishing.

Large stroke and high load capacity: The worktable size is Φ650×540mm, with a maximum allowable load of 300kg. X/Y/Z strokes are 800/520/500mm, and the distance from the spindle end face to the worktable is 180-680mm, meeting the machining range of medium-sized complex parts.

High-efficiency automatic tool changer: A disc-type tool magazine with a capacity of 30 tools, a maximum tool diameter of 78/120mm, a maximum tool length of 300mm, and a maximum tool weight of 8kg, supporting long-term unattended machining.

Stable feed system: X/Y/Z axis feed motor power is 3.1/3.1/5.5kW (Z-axis with brake), rapid traverse speed is 24m/min, and feed speed is 1-10000mm/min.

It integrates components such as a display screen (for displaying machining programs, equipment status, and graphic simulations), operating buttons/knobs (for program editing, machining mode switching, axis movement, and parameter adjustment), and an emergency stop button (for ensuring safety in emergencies).  Combined with the Siemens system (indicated on the screen), it can control the entire process from program input to machining start and stop

It integrates a worktable with T-slots (for securing workpieces) and a rotary table, enabling B-axis (or C-axis) rotation.  Combined with the main spindle, it allows for 4-axis/5-axis simultaneous machining of polyhedral and complex curved surfaces.
The rotary table features high-precision indexing capabilities, enabling precise adjustment of the machining angle of the workpiece. This adapts to the multi-process integrated machining requirements of complex parts and is one of the key structures enabling the high-flexibility precision machining of the CMC.

Supplied by the OKADA brand, the circular tool magazine can store multiple tools of different specifications (such as milling cutters and drill bits).  In conjunction with the machine tool's tool changing mechanism, it can automatically retrieve the corresponding tool according to the CNC program, enabling continuous multi-process machining without manual tool changes, significantly improving the processing efficiency and automation level of the CMC.
