The HMC800 horizontal machining center is designed with a robust bed structure through repeated simulation and calculation of engineering mechanics, achieving engineering requirements of doubled rigidity while reducing mass. It is not only suitable for the processing of boxes, shells and precision parts, but also for mold processing. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic tool exchange system, a fully enclosed protective cover, an automatic lubrication system, a cooling system, and a portable manual operating device. After the parts are clamped once, they can complete multiple processing steps such as milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping, etc. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, strong reliability, simple operation, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance and excellent after-sales service.

Spindle components

The large parts of the bed are cast with high-strength cast iron and resin sand technology, and are arranged with M-shaped reinforcement ribs. The guide rails adopt heavy-duty roller linear guide structure and reserved automatic lubrication interface, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and long-term stable precision. The servo motor and the ball screw are connected through a high-rigidity coupling, which directly drives the ball screw to rotate and realize linear reciprocating motion on the X and Z axes.

The HMC800's spindle assembly features "high rigidity, high precision, high intelligence, and high adaptability" as its core advantages.
