The HMC1000 horizontal machining center is designed with a robust bed structure through repeated simulation and calculation of engineering mechanics, achieving engineering requirements of doubled rigidity while reducing mass. It is not only suitable for the processing of boxes, shells and precision parts, but also for mold processing. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic tool exchange system, a fully enclosed protective cover, an automatic lubrication system, a cooling system, and a portable manual operating device. After the parts are clamped once, they can complete multiple processing steps such as milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping, etc. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, strong reliability, simple operation, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance and excellent after-sales service.

Bed castings:

The large parts of the bed are cast with high-strength cast iron and resin sand technology, and are arranged with M-shaped reinforcement ribs. The guide rails adopt heavy-duty roller linear guide structure and reserved automatic lubrication interface, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and long-term stable precision. The servo motor and the ball screw are connected through a high-rigidity coupling, which directly drives the ball screw to rotate and realize linear reciprocating motion on the X and Z axes.

workbench:

The indexing turntable is driven by a FANUC large inertia feed servo motor. The servo motor drives the workbench through gears to achieve rotary indexing motion, with good precision retention and long service life. Positioning accuracy is achieved through a ratchet gearing, providing high precision, accuracy, and reliability. The standard configuration of the workbench is an indexing workbench with ratchet disc (1°x360) positioning. Positioning accuracy is 8" and repeatability is 4".

Spindle components:

The HMC800's spindle assembly features "high rigidity, high precision, high intelligence, and high adaptability" as its core advantages. It serves as both a "stabilizer" to ensure machining accuracy and a "power source" to improve production efficiency, providing solid support for the efficient and precise machining of complex parts.

Chain tool magazine:

The standard configuration is 40(expandable to more than 60 based on demand), which can simultaneously store various types of tools such as milling cutters, drills, boring cutters, taps, etc., meeting the processing needs of "one-time clamping and multi-process integration" for complex parts, reducing process interruptions caused by insufficient tools.
