As professional heavy-duty horizontal lathes, the CK6180 and CK61100 are engineered for large-scale metal turning applications in automotive, machinery, and heavy equipment industries.The CK6180 features a large swing over bed (up to Φ800mm) and 22kW high-torque spindle, ideal for machining steel/aluminum workpieces up to 3000mm in length. The CK61100 (swing over bed Φ1000mm) boosts capacity for extra-large, heavy workpieces (max weight 5 tons), with 30kW spindle power for stable cutting of thick materials.

Turret System:

Standard with a 4-station mechanical turret (optional 12-station servo turret for faster tool changes: 1.5s/tool). The turret is mounted on a high-rigidity slide, supporting tool sizes up to 40×40mm—suitable for turning, threading, and grooving operations.

Spindle System:

The spindle systems of the CK6180 and CK61100 horizontal lathes are engineered for robust performance and versatile metalworking applications. The CK6180 is fitted with a high-efficiency AC spindle motor and a rigid cast iron housing, paired with precision bearings to ensure stable operation even during heavy cutting tasks, while its well-designed spindle nose and chuck enable secure clamping of various workpieces for both rough and fine turning processes. The CK61100 features an upgraded high-torque spindle motor and a reinforced structure, which delivers enhanced cutting force for processing tough materials like thick steel and cast iron.

Tailstock:

Both models feature a hydraulic/pneumatic optional tailstock with MT6 taper sleeve (travel up to 250mm). The tailstock center (hardened alloy) provides rigid support for long workpieces, and its position can be adjusted manually or semi-automatically for alignment accuracy.

CNC System:

Compatible with mainstream systems (Siemens 808D/FANUC 0i-TF/GSK 980TDb), featuring a 10.4-inch touchscreen interface. The system supports G-code programming, tool offset adjustment, and real-time machining monitoring. It integrates with the feed system (X/Z-axis ball screws) to achieve ±0.01mm positioning accuracy (repeat accuracy ±0.001mm).
