The VMC650 Vertical Machining Center is a cost-effective, high-precision CNC milling solution engineered for small-to-medium batch production of metal components. Built with a high-rigidity cast iron bed that undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, this machine ensures exceptional stability and minimal deformation during heavy-duty cutting, drilling, and tapping operations.Equipped with a BT40 spindle (8000 RPM as standard, 10000 RPM optional) and 7.5kW continuous power, the VMC650 delivers robust cutting performance for steel, aluminum, copper, and alloy materials. Its 3-axis linear guide rail design enables rapid feed rates of 24m/min (X/Y axis) and 18m/min (Z axis), while the ±0.005mm positioning accuracy and ±0.003mm repeat positioning accuracy meet the strict standards of mold manufacturing, auto parts processing, and 3C electronics component production.

 CNC System Structure:

The CNC system adopts a high-performance industrial-grade motherboard design, with a fast core processor that can realize multi-task parallel processing, ensuring the smooth operation of complex machining programs. The system is equipped with GSK 25iM or Fanuc 0i MF CNC system as standard, and Siemens 828D system is available as an option, all of which have mature and stable control algorithms, accurately matching the three-axis linkage requirements of the VMC650. It supports various interpolation methods such as linear interpolation and circular interpolation, meeting the processing requirements of complex curved parts.

Worktable Structure:

The worktable of the VMC650 is integrally cast from high-strength cast iron and undergoes annealing and aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, which effectively prevents deformation caused by cutting vibration and ensures machining stability.With a standard size of 800×450mm and a maximum load capacity of 450kg, it meets the processing requirements of small and medium-sized molds as well as metal parts.

Tool Magazine Structure:

The automatic tool magazine adopts a reliable chain-type or disc-type design, with a standard capacity of 24 tools (optional 30/40 tools), enabling fast and accurate tool change within 1.5–2 seconds per tool. It features a robust tool clamping mechanism and a precise tool positioning system, ensuring stable tool retention during heavy cutting and accurate tool alignment. The magazine supports random tool access and tool life management, greatly reducing non-cutting time and improving production efficiency, fully meeting the needs of multi-variety, small-batch precision machining.

Spindle Structure:

The spindle adopts a high-rigidity, precision-ground structure with advanced bearing preloading technology, delivering exceptional thermal stability and low vibration during high-speed operation. It is equipped with a standard BT40/ISO40 taper interface, supporting a maximum speed of 8000–12000 rpm, with optional 15000 rpm high-speed spindle for precision finishing. The oil-cooling system (optional) effectively controls spindle temperature, ensuring consistent machining accuracy and extended bearing lifespan, perfectly matching the heavy-duty cutting requirements of the VMC650.
