Product Description

The Model 8823 horizontal magnetic drill is an industrial-grade heavy-duty drilling machine equipped with positive and negative magnetic bases. It features a horizontal layout and a design with positive and negative magnetic bases. The magnetic bases have an attraction force of up to 13500N, allowing them to firmly adhere to the surfaces of workpieces such as steel structures and thick steel plates. This drill is equipped with a 1500W high-power motor and multiple speed settings, supports a maximum drilling diameter of 23mm, and can easily process difficult-to-machine materials such as high-hardness alloys and stainless steel.

Operation and power integration area

Power transmission module: The gray main body integrates the motor and gearbox, providing drilling power and speed regulation; the blue component on top is likely an exhaust/pressure regulating device to ensure the stability of the power system. Magnetic seat adsorption module: The black permanent magnet seat uses strong magnetic force to attract metal workpieces such as steel pipes, achieving stable positioning of the equipment and preventing displacement during drilling.
