The GMC1120 is a high-performance double-column gantry machining center designed for precision heavy cutting and batch processing of medium and small workpieces. Worktable Assembly:

 * Integral Cast Bed: Made of high-strength Meehanite cast iron, with honeycomb internal cavity for enhanced rigidity. Vibration aging and secondary tempering eliminate internal stress,preventing deformation under long-term heavy loads.
* Double-Column Gantry: Fixed-beam design with one-piece columns and top beam forming a closed portal frame, ensuring minimal deflection during cutting. Gantry width 1600mm provides ample workspace for large workpieces.
* Crossbeam: Rigid cast crossbeam with vertical orthogonal linear guides for Y-axis movement, balancing high-speed smoothness and heavy-load stability.

* Table Specifications: 2000×1100mm rectangular table with 7×22×160mm T-slots for secure clamping of large/irregular workpieces.
