Control system

The worktable is the processing bearing component of the VMC855. It is usually made of high-strength cast iron or stainless steel, and its surface is equipped with T-slots. It is used to clamp workpieces and fixtures, serving as the operational reference surface for processing procedures such as milling and drilling. It directly determines the positioning accuracy and stability of workpiece processing.

Driven by a built-in motor, the spindle drives the cutting tool to rotate at high speed, serving as the power source for realizing cutting operations such as milling and drilling. Its rotational speed and torque directly affect the processing efficiency and precision. The bottom part is used for clamping various types of processing tools, and can cooperate with the automatic tool change system to quickly switch tools, adapting to different processing procedures.

The CNC operation panel displays information such as machining programs, machine coordinates, and operating status, allowing intuitive monitoring of the machining process. It includes buttons for mode selection, axis movement, and program editing, as well as knobs for manually adjusting rotational speed/feed rate, which are used to control various actions of the machine tool. In case of emergency, pressing the emergency stop button can immediately halt all movements of the machine tool, ensuring the safety of the equipment and personnel.

The tool magazine, via circumferentially arranged tool holders, can store multiple types of machining tools to meet tool-switching needs for complex processes. Cooperating with the spindle unit, it can automatically retrieve the specified tool from the magazine and clamp it onto the spindle according to machining program instructions, replacing manual tool changes and significantly improving processing efficiency.

The pneumatic control unit filters, dries, and stabilizes the pressure of compressed air through components such as filters and pressure regulating valves, ensuring the clean and stable operation of pneumatic components. Equipped with solenoid valves, it can control the on-off and actions of pneumatic actuators in the machine tool (such as fixture clamping and tool magazine movements), serving as the power control unit for realizing automated auxiliary functions. The pressure gauge can display the air source pressure in real time, facilitating operators to monitor the status of the pneumatic system.

The electrical control cabinet contains components such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and drivers. It is responsible for receiving instructions from the operation panel, processing signals, and controlling the operation logic of various machine tool components (such as the spindle, feed axis, and tool magazine).Through components like circuit breakers and relays, it realizes circuit power distribution and overload protection, ensuring the safety of the electrical system.By means of terminal blocks, it centrally transfers electrical signals of each machine tool component, facilitating fault diagnosis and maintenance.
