The CMC650B five-axis machining center integrates a high-rigidity structure, high-precision motion, and intelligent control. With its exceptional five-axis continuous interpolation capabilities and high-speed, high-precision characteristics, it can complete multi-sided precision machining of complex surfaces and irregularly shaped parts in a single setup. Equipped with an efficient automatic tool change system and an advanced Siemens CNC platform, it balances the stability of mass production with the flexibility required for small-batch tasks, making it a reliable solution for efficient and intelligent manufacturing in aerospace, precision mold making, high-end medical equipment, and other fields.

This is the tool storage and automatic exchange unit for the CMC650B, responsible for storing multiple machining tools (typically around 24 tools).  It can automatically retrieve the corresponding tool according to the CNC program, enabling rapid switching of tools such as milling cutters and drills, significantly improving processing efficiency (eliminating the need for manual tool changes). It is one of the key modules for achieving automated multi-process machining in a machining center.

This is a key component of the CMC650B, responsible for clamping the workpiece and driving it through multi-angle movements (B-axis ±120°, A-axis 360° rotation).  Combined with the X/Y/Z axis movements of the spindle, it enables high-precision machining of complex surfaces and irregularly shaped workpieces in a single setup (without multiple clamping operations). This is the core feature that allows the machine to handle complex parts for aerospace, mold making, and other demanding applications.

This is the core cutting power unit of the CMC650B, driving the cutting tool to rotate at high speed (typically over 10,000 rpm) to perform milling, drilling, and other machining operations on the workpiece;

This system provides a stable high-pressure air source for the pneumatic components of the CMC650B (such as clamps and cylinders). When the factory air supply pressure is insufficient, a booster pump increases the air pressure to ensure that the clamps can reliably grip the workpiece and that the pneumatic actuators operate reliably, preventing machining errors or equipment malfunctions caused by insufficient air pressure.

Integrating components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and drive modules, this system is responsible for receiving instructions from the CNC system and controlling the movement and start/stop of various machine components (spindle, worktable, tool magazine, etc.).  It also monitors the equipment's operating status (such as fault alarms), making it the electrical core of the CMC650B for achieving automated processing and precise control.

The system that delivers lubricating oil to the machine's moving parts (such as guide rails, ball screws, and spindle bearings) at regular intervals and in precise quantities is one of the key systems for ensuring the long-term stable operation of the CMC650B and extending its service life.  It reduces friction and wear, preventing loss of accuracy or damage to components caused by dry friction.
